Use of the Service
Evaya is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the service in accordance with applicable laws and not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it through means other than the interfaces we provide.
Acceptable Use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with Evaya.
- Do not use Evaya to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Do not use Evaya in a way that violates any applicable law.
Subscriptions
Evaya offers a subscription that grants access to premium features. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings on your device.
Payment via Apple
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID for the applicable amount on a recurring basis. Apple's standard terms, billing rules, and refund policies apply. Evaya does not handle or store your payment details.
Free Trials and Promotional Offers
From time to time we may offer a free trial or promotional pricing. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription will renew automatically at the standard price. Promotional offers are subject to the conditions communicated at the time of the offer.
Content
Scripture text, audio, and other content provided in Evaya are made available for personal reading and reflection. Where third-party content is included, it remains the property of its respective owners and is used under license or by permission.
Disclaimers
Evaya is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evaya and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Evaya will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may stop using Evaya at any time. We may suspend or end access to the service if these terms are breached, if required by law, or if it is necessary to protect the integrity of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Evaya after changes means you accept the updated terms.
