The fastest way to reach us is by email at support@evaya.app. When you write, please include the type of device you are using and a brief description of what you were doing when an issue occurred. Screenshots are welcome.

Subscription Help

  • Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel a subscription, open the App Store on your device, tap your profile, and select Subscriptions.
  • If a purchase did not unlock premium features, please open Evaya and use the Restore Purchases option, then close and reopen the app.
  • For refund requests on App Store purchases, please follow Apple's process at reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple handles billing and refunds directly.

Technical Support

  • If audio playback fails, please confirm your device is connected to the internet, then try closing and reopening Evaya.
  • If the app crashes or behaves unexpectedly, the most helpful thing you can do is email us with the device model and iOS version.
  • If your reflections or saved passages are missing, please contact us before reinstalling the app — we may be able to help recover them.

Account & Data

  • To request access to or deletion of your account data, write to support@evaya.app from the email address associated with your account.
  • To learn how your information is handled, see our Privacy Policy.
